- Backroom Organization: Keep the stockroom perfectly organized, utilizing strategic binning methods to ensure overstock can be found quickly.
- Outdate Management: Conduct rigorous expiration date audits across all consumable and over-the-counter medication categories, removing expired goods to ensure customer safety.
