Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Transaction Execution: Process guest transactions swiftly at the front register, navigating the point-of-sale system and promoting the Neighbor's Club rewards program.
- Guest Solutions: Respond to guest inquiries at the front desk, processing returns, exchanges, and defective merchandise claims accurately.
- Yard & Load-Out Support: Assist customers in safely loading heavy items—such as 50 lb bags of livestock feed, fencing, and equipment—into their trucks and trailers.
- Store Vibe: Keep the front of the store immaculate, ensuring impulse displays are stocked and the entryway is welcoming and free of agricultural debris.

- Ability to stand for extended periods, multitask effectively, and comfortably lift 50 pounds repeatedly during load-outs.
