Job Summary

We are actively seeking detail-oriented, energetic individuals to join our overnight operations team. As an Overnight Associate, you will be responsible for unloading freight, meticulously organizing organic grocery displays, and ensuring strict adherence to food safety standards. You will serve as a foundational team member, delivering the signature neatness that sets us apart in the grocery industry. This role operates entirely during the night, offering a premium shift differential to reward your off-hours commitment.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Organic Merchandising: Unload and pack out deliveries of natural and organic products, ensuring strict separation protocols are followed to prevent cross-contamination.
• Visual Excellence: Execute continuous shelf recovery, perfectly facing products forward to create a visually stunning "wall of color" for our shoppers.
• Inventory Rotation: Check expiration dates religiously across all dry grocery and wellness categories, removing items that do not meet our rigorous freshness standards.
• Backroom Organization: Organize reserve inventory in the backroom, safely maneuvering pallet jacks and managing cardboard waste.
