- Curbside Hospitality: Run orders out to vehicles in the designated pickup spots, verifying names, safely loading groceries into trunks, and providing a warm greeting.
- Inventory Maintenance: Ensure the hold space remains perfectly organized, returning canceled orders to the sales floor promptly to minimize shrink.
- Team Support: Assist the in-store shoppers during peak rushes by picking items from the sales floor to ensure order deadlines are met.
