• Consultative Selling: Ask discovery questions to understand customer lifestyle needs, recommending the perfect combination of devices, cases, and warranty protections.
• Customer Experience: Provide basic technical support, process bill payments, and ensure every customer leaves feeling confident in their purchase.
• Merchandising & Security: Ensure all high-value devices and accessories are securely locked, visually appealing, correctly priced, and ready for demonstration.
