Job Summary

We are actively seeking physically strong, energetic, and highly focused individuals to join our daily backroom crew. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for packing out freight, focusing heavily on our massive shoe and activewear departments. You will serve as the logistical heartbeat of the store, delivering the signature abundance that sets Marshalls apart in the off-price industry. This is an active role perfect for those who love staying on their feet and organizing inventory.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Freight Processing: Unload heavy boxes of footwear and apparel from delivery trucks, safely stacking them by department in the receiving area.
• Unboxing & Sensor Tagging: Rapidly unbox designer shoes, apply electronic security sensors, and place them on rolling carts for immediate floor display.
• Sales Floor Merchandising: Push carts out to the sales floor, efficiently stocking the shoe department by size and category while maintaining a neat presentation.
• Store Recovery: Break down massive amounts of shoe boxes and cardboard, operate the industrial baler safely, and keep the backroom clear of trip hazards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application (for baler and equipment operation).

• Extreme physical stamina with the continuous ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
