Job Summary

We are actively seeking outgoing, energetic, and fast-moving individuals to join our e-commerce team. As a Curbside Pickup Associate, your primary focus will be delivering staged digital orders seamlessly to waiting customers. You will serve as the final, smiling face of our digital fulfillment process, delivering the signature reliability that sets us apart in the grocery retail industry. This is an incredibly physical role where you will be on the move constantly, navigating between temperature-controlled hold spaces and the outdoor pickup zone.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Order Hand-Offs: Monitor smart devices for arriving customers, rapidly retrieving their bagged orders from the coolers, freezers, and dry-hold shelves with extreme speed and accuracy.
• Curbside Hospitality: Run orders out to vehicles in the designated pickup spots, verifying names, safely loading groceries into trunks, and providing a warm greeting.
• Inventory Maintenance: Ensure the hold space remains perfectly organized, returning canceled orders to the sales floor promptly to minimize shrink.
• Team Support: Assist the in-store shoppers during peak rushes by picking items from the sales floor to ensure order deadlines are met.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application.
• No prior retail or fulfillment experience required—we will teach you the systems.
• Extreme physical stamina with the ability to walk continuously, bend, reach, and safely lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions to deliver orders.
