Job Summary

We are actively seeking energetic, fast-moving, and highly organized individuals to join our logistics team. As an entry-level Stock Associate, you will be trained to unbox, security-tag, and hang merchandise at lightning speed. You will serve as the operational backbone, delivering the signature daily inventory turns that set Ross apart in the off-price retail industry. This is an active, physical role perfect for those who love listening to music, working with their hands, and avoiding the cash register.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Freight Processing: Unload daily truck deliveries, sorting mixed boxes of apparel, shoes, and home goods onto the appropriate processing tables.
• Ticketing & Tagging: Quickly apply hard security tags to high-value garments and ensure price tickets are clearly visible according to company standards.
• Rack Building: Hang processed apparel efficiently on rolling Z-racks, organizing by size and department so the floor team can push it out seamlessly.
• Backroom Maintenance: Operate the cardboard baler safely, sweep the receiving dock, and ensure all emergency exits are clear of empty boxes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application (due to baler operation).

• Must possess an excellent work ethic and the physical stamina to stand in one place, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, and sometimes loud backroom environment.
