Job Summary

We are actively seeking energetic, highly organized, and hospitable individuals to join our Front End team. As a Front End Cashier, you will be fully trained to run the point-of-sale registers, process returns, and educate guests on our loyalty programs. You will serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering the signature joy that sets Ulta Beauty apart in the cosmetics retail industry. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Checkout Operations: Scan cosmetics, haircare, and salon products accurately, process payments, and ensure the register till balances perfectly during peak weekend rushes.
• Ultamate Rewards: Actively promote the Ultamate Rewards program and the Ulta Beauty credit card, ensuring guests get points for their purchases.
• Customer Assistance: Act as an attentive host, answering quick questions at the checkout counter, processing online order pickups, and handling returns gracefully.
• Environment Maintenance: Keep the cash wrap immaculate, restock shopping bags, and maintain impulse-buy "Grab & Go" displays.
