Job Summary

We are actively seeking friendly, reliable, and empathetic individuals to join our Guest Advocate team. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the welcoming face of Target, entrusted with mastering the checkout process, the service desk, and Drive Up operations. You will serve as an overarching service ambassador, delivering the signature joy and efficiency that sets Target apart in the retail industry. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Omnichannel Delivery: Run digital orders out to guest vehicles in our designated Drive Up zones with incredible speed and a friendly greeting.
• Fast-Paced Checkout: Process guest transactions swiftly and accurately at the front lanes, promoting the Target Circle rewards program.
• Guest Solutions: Utilize rigorous training to respond to guest inquiries at the Guest Services desk, processing returns and exchanges with empathy.
• Vibe Management: Keep the front of the store immaculate, collect stray shopping carts, and ensure the entrance is always welcoming and safe.

Requirements & Qualifications
