Job Summary

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee multiple departments, drive sales initiatives, and ensure the store is "grand opening ready" every single day. This is a highly active, floor-based management role designed for leaders who lead by example.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Total Store Operations: Assist the Store Director in overseeing all aspects of store operations, from the fresh perimeter (Meat, Produce, Bakery) to the center store.
• Team Leadership: Coach, train, and develop department managers and associates, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
• Merchandising & Sales: Execute corporate merchandising plans, ensuring endcaps and promotional displays are fully stocked, correctly priced, and visually appealing.
• Shrink & Profitability: Monitor inventory levels, enforce strict food safety and cold-chain compliance, and implement strategies to minimize shrink and waste.

Requirements & Qualifications
