- Safety Compliance: Monitor emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and aisles to ensure the store remains compliant with local safety regulations and free of trip hazards.
- Incident Support: Assist store management in documenting security incidents, maintaining accurate logs, and writing detailed, objective incident reports when necessary.
- Customer Service: Act as an approachable authority figure, greeting customers as they enter, providing directions to aisles, and ensuring they feel safe.
